Are photos on your site available for commercial use?
Most photos contained in this site can be licensed for Editorial uses only (articles, reviews, uses that are to inform or educate).    For any any commercial use to be considered, purchaser would  need to present us with proof that they have secured adequate clearance/permissions from the parties appearing in the photograph and/or their legal representatives.

I would like a comping image to test a layout.  Do you provide those?
Comping images are provided to users who have a legitimate interest in publishing photos.  Email us at: angie@rocksandwich.com to request, and be sure to include the file number of the photo you have interest in.

Can I license a photo to print on products or make a poster?
Absolutely not.  This is an infringement of the artists' rights and is not allowed.  

I would love to have a print of one of these photos for display in my home.  Is this possible? 

Select images are available as limited edition art prints.  Please inquire for more information, and mention the specific filename of the photo you are interested in.

Can I right click and use your photos on my myspace page/fan blog/profile, etc?
Absolutely not.  Photos in this site are for professional licensing only.  
Fans, we welcome you to look around and enjoy the photos, but no photo capture is allowed.  Unauthorized uses are illegal and will be prosecuted.

I'm in one of the photos on your site.  Does that mean I / my band can use it for free?
You do not automatically have usage rights to a photo because you are in it.  Please contact us to discuss if you would like to use a photo.

How do I pay?
We accept
1) Paypal payments online (credit cards may be used with Paypal)
2) Visa, Mastercard and Discover by telephone (call us at 314-270-3738)
3) Billing/invoicing is available for approved clients.  Please inquire for this service.

How do I get my images after I've paid/ordered?
We will email you a download link to your image.

If your publication has an ftp site, please provide us with login details and we can transmit the image to you via your ftp, if that is preferred.

Why are prices not listed on your site?
These are rights-managed images.  The price is based on the usage and size of your print run.  Please contact us with the details of your project and we will promptly quote the licensing cost. 

Can I pay more to license exclusive use for a particular photo?
We can not guarantee exclusive availability for most photos, however, please inquire if exlusive use at a higher premium is of interest to you, and we could research for an image with no prior uses.

I need more information on the photo I want to license.  

We have more specific information for each image on file, for example: the exact date of the show, who the opening bands and headliners were, the name of the venue, etc.  For efficiency, we have not included all applicable information on this site, but you are welcome to ask at any time.

Are you hiring or accepting submissions from other photographers?
